On 29th of July, our partners Backslash inaugurated the first meeting of local experts group in Spain, where they clarified the guidelines for executing the ON-OFF project. The first key finding to be dected is that the municipality and local authories need to get involved so that they can take the necessary measures in the face of aggressive attitudes!
